Returns, refunds and cancellations
All products are digital sheet music supplied as PDF downloads; no physical item is shipped.
If you cannot access a purchased file, or receive an incorrect or defective file, please contact Early Music Scores through the Contact page and include your order details. A working file or another appropriate remedy will be provided.
Refund and withdrawal requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits the customer's statutory consumer rights.
Terms of purchase and permitted use
Early Music Scores editions are prepared and edited by Felipe Dias. Each product page describes the files included in that edition.
A purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive right to download and print the supplied PDF for personal study, rehearsal and performance. Reasonable copies of supplied instrumental parts may be printed for performers participating in the same rehearsal or performance.
Digital files may not be resold, uploaded, shared publicly or redistributed without permission where rights are reserved. They may not be presented as another person's edition or used to create another commercial edition without permission.
Questions about an edition, its contents or a download can be submitted through the Contact page. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Privacy information
Early Music Scores is edited by Felipe Dias, who is responsible for the personal information processed through this site. To ask a question about personal information or exercise a privacy right, please use the form on the Contact page.
When you place an order or contact Early Music Scores, the site processes information you provide, such as your name, email address, order details and message. This information is used to deliver purchased PDFs, provide customer support, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, operate the store and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Squarespace hosts the website and supports orders, downloads, forms and site analytics. Payment providers displayed at checkout process payments. Early Music Scores does not receive full payment-card details. The site and its service providers may also process technical and usage information, such as device information, IP address and pages visited, to operate, secure and understand the website.
Where applicable, the legal bases for processing include performance of a purchase, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the site.
Information is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes or applicable legal obligations. It may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the website, deliver purchases and process payments. Depending on those providers, processing may take place outside the visitor's country under applicable safeguards.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
